The option for one hour delivery same day shows available online but once you get to the checkout process, it’s never available. EThe treats are yummy. The store front looks like it could use a good clean.

Someone sent me a gift from this location. The delivery driver stood at my door but did not ring the doorbell. After a few seconds he started walking away. I opened the door as he was halfway to his car and he turned around and made the delivery. I found this odd. It was almost as if he was hoping no one answered. The only reason that I knew he was there was because the dog barked. Very weird.

* Health Advisory * * Do Not Order Arrangements From This Location * Upon picking up my Mother's Day Arrangements on 05/09/26 & looking at the Edible Arrangements at 6 Coliseum Drive Hampton VA, 23666 I received Molded Strawberries Dipped In Chocolate. I informed the staff of this , demanded a refund, and informed customers who were also present of this health related risk and urged them to check their fruit arrangements. Mind you this is the day before Mothers Day and despite the molded strawberries dipped in chocolate that I received they continued to give people their items and place new orders without even stopping buisness to ensure the quality of the product that they were providing to people. It was immensely disgusting because fortunately I was visibly able to see the mold on all the strawberries before I even attempted to eat anything but for the amount of money that people pay for these arrangements you would think that they would take great effort into ensuring quality & food safety measures are implemented but they really don't. If anyone has gotten sick following eating anything from this location I would urge you to report it. I have reported this at several highes

My husband sent me an arrangement for Valentine’s Day. When I got home from work I was excited to open it up. The other gifts I received from them were great. When I opened this one I immediately noticed it just didn’t look good. The fruit was kind of shuffled around. I was on the phone with my husband when I opened and tried everything. He asked for a picture before I disturb it, but I had already moved some things around a bit to make it more presentable for the photo. When he received the picture he said what happened to it, it looks like a salad. It kind of did…lol. Everything was bunched together and the one pineapple that was on the tray looked like it had a nibble out of it. None-the-less I ate a few piece of fruit out of it including the pineapple. When I was eating the pineapple I notice a crunchy texture I figured it was the sprinkles because some of the strawberries had heart sprinkles and I thought some of them had broken up and got on the pineapple. So I ignored it. Then I at a grape and a a couple of strawberries same thing. I realized it wasn’t sprinkles or sugar it was dirt. The fruit had sand all over it. I’m not sure what happened but the fruit was

I called this Edible's location today on 9-27-2024 as soon as they opened to order a same day pickup for the Chocolate Lover's Dessert Board & the rep Phyllis provided such friendly professional help with my last minute request that I may take to a funeral home staff in appreciation for their kindness during our loss. When I went to pay for my order I knew by her voice that she was the same person I spoke to over the phone & she was even more pleasant & down to earth in person serving customers with a smile. Thanks so much Phyllis for your loyal service even in an environment where I could tell you had a lot to do with 'very' minimal staff & some not so friendly demanding but not understanding customers. I'll be back & hope to see you there!! 😁
